Hi from South Florida with my new #3

Hi gang! Tried my first smoke with ribs and they were amazing.

Have used other smokers like the Landman propane, the MES 40 gen. 2 (which I returned) and the Weber kettle. Always took too much time and effort for me. I don't have the inclination to babysit all day any more so I looked for something that was more set it and forget it.

Looking forward to trying some new recipes and saying hi to all of you in the forums.

No babysitting with the Smokin-It smokers.

I typically start my pork butt smokes around midnight and go to bed and sleep like a baby knowing that my butt will be perfect the next day.
