So figured I would introduce myself my name is Ryan but you will locate me via the Pecos moniker. As for experience I would say close 5 years of BBQ a few more in cooking fairly open to experimentations. I started with charcoal boxes then thought I had it down with a Bradley well I have upped my game.

Small world indeed. Nice to have another neighbor on the forums. What part of SD are you from? I'm in Fargo, but grew up in a small town just north of the SD border named Ellendale, which is just 35 miles or so North of Aberdeen.
