Hi everyone!
Received my first Smokin-It #2 this week and seasoned today.  My only other smoker was a Weber Smokey Mountain charcoal cooker which I used a handful of times over the last few years for pulled pork, salmon and beans.  Fell head-over-heels for smoking and have been dreaming of a quality electric smoker ever since.  Did a bunch of research and landed on this unit for quality and price.  Going to start easy this weekend with ribs.  Have found the tips on this forum to be really helpful.

I couldn't make decent ribs until I got my Smokin-It.
Welcome, I'm sure you will be happy with your #2 (at least until you decide you need a bigger smoker).
