Hello from The Villages, Florida!

Hello and thanks to those who put this forum together.  I'm new to smokers but did a lot of research online, including reviewing this forum.  It was very helpful.  I took possession of a new 3D several days ago and have had the best ribs I've ever had and some incredible chicken quarters.  I'm looking forward to using my "new best friend" regularly and enjoying both the results and learning new things from this group.  8)
