Hello
Been cooking and smoking on an off set for more years than I care to admit.
Yesterday I purchased a 2D Pro and looking ford to using it. Mainly for sausage.

I do have a question.
How well dose this machine do with pellets in a smoke tube?

I only use wood chunks in the smoker, I think I get better flavor.
I do have a bella smoke generator that I use pellets in for cold smokes.

Chunks around here are hard to find. I can get a few from trimming my trees. and at my age that's becoming harder!

Welcome from Delaware, Bill! I have never used pellets, only chunks. I get my chunks from a company in NY called smokinlicious -- nice clean wood chunks with good moisture content.
