Hello from San Diego

Got a #2 for Fathers Day!  Have owned two other smokers charcoal and electric but never used either.  Sold the last electric one for $30 recently and stumbled across SmokinIt in on a best small smokers article when my wife suggested I look for a small electric for our balcony. Have been lurking on the forums for a couple months, thank you for all the help getting started!

After seasoning, first smoke was a 6.1 lb pork butt using Divots brine and just pink himalayan salt as a rub.  10.5 hours later and couple hours rest....amazingly moist pulled pork.  Thank you for helping to make this possible.  Pictures below prove it happened  :)

Looking forward to many years of smoking bliss!
