Hello everyone,

Seasoning my model 2 right now.

Looking forward to beef, lamb, chicken, salmon and turkey but also to duck, goat. numerous types of fish and open to game as well.

I also love wine.

Also enjoy beer.

Look forward to using my smoker and interacting with and learning from you guys.

Bob, I only drink wine.  I bet if I made wine it would be undrinkable.

John, I did forget to mention pork. I have some ribs in the fridge for my first smoke tomorrow.
