Hello from Salt Lake City

Hi everyone, this is Mike from Salt Lake City. I used to live out in the country in Indiana, and had a full sized wood/charcoal smoker. When we moved to Salt Lake City, we bought a condo. No gas/charcoal grills are allowed. Sooo, I started looking into electric smokers, and I bought a used Model 2 (we can use electric grills/smokers on our balconies). I'm going to run it for my first time this weekend--looking forward to it!! I've looked around at some of the info/topics/postings already and picked up lots of tips. It's great to see all the BBQ sharing going around!
