First cook #2 St Louis ribs & 5lb chicken combo cook w/4oz chunk wild cherry  at 235-240 degrees, w/water pan
4 hours chicken to 165it 5 hours ribs finish with homemade bbq sauce!
Turned out great !  Looking forward to smoking seafood .

Looks great, Ken!  You might want to try rotating your pics upright; sure makes them easier to enjoy!  You should be able to do it in a simple photo editor before you upload them to the site.
