Names Don. Been into smoking for several years. Started out with a gas smoker. Got good at making shoe leather. Did a lot of research and turning out some decent que now. Gas smoker long gone. Currently have an electric smoker several kamado's and a pellet grill. Thinking about buying the 3 with the PID controller.
