Hello everyone! I'm George. My wife, Anna, and I are excited to start our bbq journey with a Smokin-It #3.5D. We got hooked on cold smoking Salmon lox with a pellet tube smoker and have now moved up to the Bella Smoker. Looking forward to getting to know you!

Welcome to the Smokin It family George. I am sure you will enjoy your new 3.5D. I have the 3DW with the Bella CSG. It’s a great way to cold smoke and to add longer smoke time to your hot cooks. There is a learning curve but you have found all the resources you need with many fine experienced folks willing to answer questions and help when needed right here in the forum. Smoke it good!
