Im making sausages from 10 years , mostly polish because Im Polish . Now its time to move on and go dip into low and slow BBQ world , of course ill be still making some sausages and now they going to be finished in smoker Usually I poached , because my DIY smoker had hard time to got higher temps .
Im glad to join and look forward to reading and learn how to make delicious ribs , briskets , pork butts , poultry and of course sausages .
