Hello from Northern Va. Glad to join the forum and get started with my new 3.5D-Digital Pro Smoker. The smoker arrived last Wednesday and I put it through its first paces this past Saturday, along with the bellas cold smoke generator. I completed my 1st attempt at Jalapeno Cheddar Sausages. I am looking forward to trying them later this week. This should be a great addition to my Big Green egg, and Traeger Ironwood. I primarily plan to use this for Sausage and Bacon making yet may do some head to heads with Pork Shoulders and maybe Brisket. I can also see the Bellas doing a great job at cold smoking cheese as I do in my other pits. My Son and I have our own YouTube Channel, so at some point, I'm sure this will be brought into the fold. Anyway, glad to join and look forward to reading through all the forums over the holiday this year when I have time.
