Hello from Alabama. I've had a model 3 for a couple years now. I have lingered here on and off for a couple years also and figured I should just go ahead and join. Name is James and I got into electric smokers about 5 years ago because they are so easy and delicious! Anyways, I don't post much but I'll be around.  ;D
