Greetings from south central Pennsylvania, the Susquehanna Valley!

Ordered a 2D; should arrive tomorrow.

I've been using a Brinkman vertical charcoal/wood smoker.
Getting too old for all the set-up and fuss to use it.

Found out about the Smokin' It brand from a friend. He loves his 2D.

Looking forward to using my new smoker.

Finally have the 2D and the Norman cabinet assembled and the pre-smoke is completed.

Beef back ribs going in this afternoon!
