Hello all!! I jus wanted to take time and introduce myself I’m Jeff from right outside of Philadelphia. Jus received my s1 a couple months ago and I’ve made Boston butt using DVs brine it was amazing! And I’ve done ribs twice and chuck roast burnt ends and pork belly burnt ends. All the recipes and cooking methods I’ve used has been from all you wonderful people! I’ve tried to setup an account when I first got my smoker but for some reason it wouldn’t send me a confirmation email that is, until today! Anyways I jus wanted to take the time and introduce myself and look forward to being a part of the discussions.

Thanks for the warm welcome guys!! You definitely have a brother in pa! All the food I’ve made has turned out amazing because of the smoker and all of your awesome knowledge!! Couldn’t have done it without ya! Told all my family and friends about the smoker and this site and how great you all are! Keep smokin guys and gals!!
