Hawaiian and BBQ Pizza

Tonight's dinner was homemade pizza using a variations of Jim Lahey's dough. I would have liked a bit more color in the finished product and my wife told me she prefers my dough recipe, but still a good dinner.

First pizza, Hawaiian pizza with red onions, smoked Canadian bacon, pineapple and prosciutto, mozzarella cheese.
Second pizza, smoked pulled beef, red onion and prosciutto, mozzarella cheese.

Since pizza is my favorite food, especially having come from New York, I hate these pics...droollllll...lol. Man they look good!
