Have #2 and will travel

Just had to say how impressed I am with my #2.  Got it as a Father's Day present and recently took it to the beach on a week long family vacation.  This thing made feeding 27 people easy, and delicious!  Over the course of the week we smoked 200+ chicken wings, two pork butts, 20lbs of fresh assorted sausage, a brisket and pork belly. Oh yeah, and cabbage and potatoes for my vegan sister...haha! Performed flawlessly and produced some wonderful food!

Dave, It takes a lot of food for 27 people especially if they are young Jim, I hope the SI allowed you some down time to enjoy the beach. Which beach did you go to?

A lot of young big eaters for sure!  And yes Dave, having the #2 really did free up a bunch of time.  In years past my brother in law was chained to the BBQs flipping burgers and dogs.  I don't think we even went through two bags of charcoal all week!  We vacation as a family every year at Holden Beach NC, wonderful place...

We usually go to Amelia Island, FL but this year will be going to Topsail/Surf City, NC. It was more convenient for our daughter and family to meet us. Glad you had a good time.
