Happy New Years Greg, as well as to everyone else!

I’m fixin up New Year’s Eve dinner for my wife and son, who has been sick all week with some nasty virus but is looking forward to a good ribeye.

I got a slow n sear for Christmas from the family, so giving it a whirl tonight and enjoying a bourbon, fire and tunes while I chef it up!
