I wish everyone the best in 2014, and hope all your smokes are success stories! ;D I'd like to thank everyone for the great participation we've had this year!  Our little forum has doubled in size since I joined, and I'm sure will continue to grow.  All of you have made this the "premier" manufacturer's forum on the web!  I don't know of any others that have the active participation that we do - thanks to all of you!

What's everyone smoking for New Year's?  I read somewhere that smoked meat on New Year's Day brings health, wealth and happiness!  So, baby back ribs it is!! ;D ;D

Indeed I have not only been impressed with the quality and value of these smokers.  But I have been even more impressed with the customer service of the Smokin-it crew as well as all the great members / moderators of this forum for quick responses and positive education and motivation as I continue to learn.

PS - Prime Rib was our New Year's meal tonight, though it ran a bit longer than I expected it turned out great.  Everyone said it was worth the wait.

Happy New year!!!!! I had big smokin plans today.......somehow a jar of ole Smoky apple pie got in the way last nite.... My resolution is to try an wear out my #2 this year!

Turns out we can smoke more than BBQ in Colorado with the coming of New year.   I saw the lines the dispensaries on the news new years day and they were as bad and the grand opening of the new IKEA furniture store.  I have a feeling the Feds are going to step in later this year and stop the party...

We can only hope so, Brad!  It's going to spill into surrounding states, and the impaired driving arrests & injuries/deaths are going to go through the roof out there.  Wait and see...  Yes, alcohol is legal, and abused, but 2 wrongs don't make a right!  Just my 2-cents...
