Happy July 4 racks of ribs

I put in 4 racks of ribs for a fireworks party tonight.  The top rack are frozen from Meijer and the bottom rack are fresh from the butcher.

  looks good!
you have them going left to right. i have them go front to back. i dont think i can fit them in my SI2 or 3D that way. what size unit is that?

i'm talking baby backs. what are those ? same?

Sorry that I just noticed your reply 40 caliber.  Those are baby backs on 14" deep and 18" wide  grills.
