Grill Rack System Not Fitting in Upper Position

This weekend I was looking at my side racking system to see what the height difference in the two settings (where the holes are drilled on them) would be for each setting.  I wanted to see which would be better as far as keeping the meat that I was smoking closest to the top of the cabinet.

I tried swapping both sides out to the other sides but I could find no way possible for me to hang the rack system on the lower of the two holes on my pegs.  It appears either my wall pegs are too high or the lower holes in the racking are drilled too high so that they won't fit over the peg.

Is anyone else having this issue?

Mine is the same way. I can get them to fit in if I get it exactly at the right angle and bend the side rail slightly.

I think I may use my Dremel tool to increase the size of the holes in my side rails some time.

Excellent idea!  I was actually trying to get to the store today to see if I could find that new Micro Dremel!

Since the posts are angled, I always have to tilt the bottom out, on mine, to get them on.
