Goodies in the freezer!

I am home today goofing off, killing time as I didn't have anything scheduled for work today. I went snooping around in one of the freezers and found some goodies vac sealed and frozen. Half of a brisket point, half of a sirloin tip roast, 80% of a pork loin, half of a mojo pork butt, 2 pounds of cubed brisket (flat and point trimmed) for chili at some point, at least 2-3 pounds of various brisket pieces, two 1 pound bags of pulled pork,  two 1 pound bags of home ground chuck with added brisket fat (great for burgers!). Out in one of the freezers in the garage I found some pork chops and 2 pork butts (not cooked yet) and a bunch of chicken! I didn't know I had half of that stuff, lol.

I'm afraid that super find of half a brisket point, and the cubed brisket, would soon end up as burnt ends at my house!   Love finding little treasures, like that!
