Hey John, did you catch that part about 15 min. to clean it. I have thought about getting the small one when my small weber craps out on me. But, really since I found out can smoke hamburgers on the #1 I may give the weber to my Dad. I have used some of Malcom's ideas on smoking. Have a nice holiday

As great as my SI is, it isn't the end all of smokers as it does some things very great and others not so much.  Having multiple smokers / cookers is pretty much a must IMO.

The SI may not be the "perfect" smoker, but between it and my Weber gasser, it's all I'll ever need!  Great "reminder" video!
