We had a guest last night tell us they had Just been in Texas and had stood in line at Franklin's BBQ, they said they liked my brisket better. Even if you sift that through the BS filter it's a pretty strong compliment.

I do all the the smoked meats with the help of my middle son (18). No were are not using an SI, it is an Ole' Hickory SSG.

I just wanted to share where we are, in the chance your ever in the area. I'm pretty proud of what were producing.

When I travel for work.... a lot 100+ nights a year, I seek out non chain restaurants and I am always looking for new places to try. I have put New Buffalo Bill's on my to do list.
