Fully cooked chicken sausage w/cheese

Costco sells the aforementioned sausage. Not exactly sure what it is called as I threw out the wrapper, but I smoked it in the #3 with cherry. Smoked to 140 and it turned out really good.

Is it the Amylu with apple and Gouda? That sausage is great not matter what you do with it, and I'm generally not a big fan of chicken and turkey sausage. I usually put it in a hot oven to get some crisp on the casing. Haven't tried smoking it yet, but sounds good.
