Freezing extra brisket

Do any of you freeze brisket to pull out later?  They’re so big it would be nice to break it up and freeze it for few meals in the future.

Vac seal with a little beef broth in portion sizes that you want. Then thaw, then reheat in simmering water/sous vide. Enjoy!
 
I've frozen leftover pulled pork in individual sized portions in small ziplock bags. It's great for just pulling out and making a sandwich when you have a hankerin' for one.
