free cover and cord hook?

It looks like smokin-it is currently throwing in a cover and cord hook w/ purchase of any of their smokers.  If I order the smoker will they just automatically send the hook and cover or do I need to order them and later get a refund?

My understanding is that they are automatically included if the order occurs within the give-away time window.

When I ordered my #3 the offer included a free cover, rib hooks and chip tray. They were automatically included with the order and we were explicitly asked not to list them on the order form.

When I bought my #2, I recall it specifically saying Do Not Order the cover etc.  It will come automatically.    I've only had mine for a 2 months and I'm smoking just about every weekend.  I love it
