#1 sorry for blurry picture.
#2 I think my butcher gets wings on steroids.
Recipe
EVOO 1/4 cup
Garlic out of jar 3 spoons
Dijon Mustard 1/2 cup
Moores sauce, 1/2 bottle
NO RUB NO POWDER
Soak overnight + in ziplock.
Turned out PERFECT with one chunk of hickory (I was tempted to add more at start) DONT DO IT
2 hours 45 mins @ 250.
3 mins on broiler.
I was always one to look forward to the skin on a wing, I found myself liking the meat better than the skin.
Not a sales pitch, but a well made food tool.
