First turkey breast

250 in my #2 with some hickory. Brined for 4 hours. Washed dried and put butter/killer hogs rub under skin, veg oil and more killer hogs outside.

Came out great, as you can see. Skin went straight to the trash. Not going to worry about it anymore.

Gravy from the drippings. Came out a tad salty but just added a little water.

Very tasty! May try Apple/maple woods next time.

Very nice, Jeff!  I have a breast in the freezer that will be smoking next Saturday for a test run before Thanksgiving...I hope it comes out looking as nice as yours!

Great looking turkey breast but that banana has got to go!  LOL!

lol Perfect that way sliced up in some almond milk. ;)

So. The frozen leftovers that were vacuum sealed are heating up in my sous vide setup. Some stuffing and veggies. And yes. Having more turkey in Thursday but I don't care. It's like my favorite meal. ;)
