ramped up @`140 for .5hr then 6 hours @235 2.6 oz hickory was the program.
Actually, started @ 6AM checked @ 11 am removed @ 12pm
Well pleased with results. A little done for me but my wife don't like to have to bite them off the bone. She likes fall off the bone done. If they had been ony for me, I would have cut them off when I checked them at 11am.
Strange how much the color is effected by the type of light. The first picture is under a flood spot in my cook house then the others are florescent in the kitchen.
