Received the # 1 yesterday and seasoned it and today I thought I would smoke some St. Louis ribs also its suppose have some rain today so I made a rain guard for the #1 cut rib in 1/2 and put brown sugar on them and let set over night also put in a couple potatoes to see how they turn out. used 2 oz. hickory and 2 oz. cherry. put oakridge bbq secret weapon on ribs.
