First Pork Butt

Injected Saturday evening and rested overnight. 4:30 am rubbed down on the smoker with cherry and apple wood at 5:30 am. Mopped every two hours. Foil wrapped after 10 hours another 3 hours hit 195 rewrapped and in a cooler to rest. Unwrapped glazed and back in the smoker for an hour. 13.5 hours and we have pulled pork with an Eastern Carolina Vinegar sauce.

@Elkins20. Not trying to be disrespectful the folks on this forum have been friendly and helpful since I bought my #2. However, professional responsibility keeps me from adding a name or location. But hey thanks for the thumbs up on today's smoke.
