First Cook

Got some ribs rubbed and in the smoker. Dry salted for a day.
Got some wing pieces that I dry salted overnight with baking powder and salt uncovered to help desiccate.
Cooking at 235. Wings will come out at 2.5 hours or so and then into the deep fryer. Made a sauce of ginger, pear, maple syrup, bourbon, chipotle, and soy to dunk them in after the fryer.

Parts for the Heatermeter came in yesterday. Time to start soldering.

Congrats Tim!  And, +1 on what Gregg said about the pics. ???  Follow the instructions in the post he gave you about resizing, so we all can see your handiwork better!
