3D WiFi starting a 9 pounder for father’s day tonight. Butt virgin here (sounds bad but oh well ) Here’s the pre pic seasoned up with S&P with garlic chipotle and honey habanero rub. Doing 250 starting in a couple hours for overnight smoke. Shooting for finished temp of 203 and into the cooler it goes for a few hours. #pulledpork. #HappyFathersDay
