First big cook in my #4D

This is why I wanted a new smoker.  I would have to use a shoehorn to get two 12# briskets in my SmokinTex.  I was able to easily get three 14.5# briskets into my new smoker and as you can see, there is plenty of room for more.  I forgot to get some photos as I was slicing these up, but I can say the slices looked great and tasted better than any photo could convey.

Everyone loved it!

Great job Smokin-It!

Bruce,
Don't know how messy this smoke was but the #4 is big enough to add a rack with large foil pan and not have heat interference issues like some of the smaller models. That's a nice load of meat you got there. How many people did you feed?
