What a winter.  All this snow without any melting in the northeast this winter had me putting my smoker in hibernation.

This week the snow has finally melted enough to wheel it out of the shed and set it up on the patio.  Thinking about what to smoke this weekend.  Wife has been bugging me to try cheese.  I purchased the cold plate with the smoker months ago, but haven't used it.  Perhaps this weekend.

My #3 has not moved since June. I make the kids shovel a path to it when the snow got to deep. I couldn't go all winter without good eats.

I have smoked a couple of times this winter, it wasn't the snow its the cold.

Hopefully next week, a nice brisket.

Mine is all cleaned up and ready to go.  Fresh aluminum foil. Took some oven off to the inside top chamber. Cleaned the racks nice. Organized the tools.  Made up some more runs.

Let's go picnic season!!
