Felt Like Charcoal Chicken

Had time, quiet day, now my clothes smell like a campfire!

Brined, evoo with Oakridge rub.  Cooked/grilled/smoked for about and an hour.

Much better than the gasser taste wise.  50/50 on if better than SI

Not so much lazy Q, takes a tad or work and watching.

Kingsford Comp (brown bag) charcoal.

Last flip.  30 mins each side, 320 degrees, flip to direct coals for last cook.

Shouldn't be a "50/50" on whether the skin is better!   Looks great, and certainly nothing wrong with going old school!
