Extension cabling for probes

I have the I have the WSD-1500H-W unit. Works great

I need to have the smoker (Smokin it) about 10 feet from the wall plug when in use  For now I use an extension cord on the controller and this works fine.

Is there anyway, however, to put extension cabling on the *temperature probes* Would stereo/ earphones or similar mini plug extensions work?
