Hi Everyone,

Figured I should introduce myself.

I just order the 3.5 digital to make my cured sausage-making a legit endeavor. I've been making fresh sausage for about a decade, and smoking meat for a few years. Love my Camp chef pellet grill, but it is not up to the task of properly smoking cured sausage.

This Forum is nothing but impressive. I hope to glean as much as I can from the pros on this site, and maybe add a bit of knowledge here and there. Anyways, excited for my new baby to get delivered so I can start making some edible works of art!

welcome, Wayne, from the Land of Enchantment! Can’t wait to see what you do with the cured sausage! I’ve made some sausage over the last year and these work well for that! I’m even thinking of getting the Bella smoke generator to help with cold smoking.

Can’t wait to see some pics from the cooks! enjoy!
 
Yeah, I bought the Bella with the smoker. Seemed like a no brained after watching the video and speaking with Steve. And the wife is quite the mixologist and wants to smoke some cocktails. Part of my sales pitch to her...
 
Haha! Sales pitch! That’s pretty funny right there!

Well, even better then! Haven’t had many smoked cocktails pop up on the site that I’ve seen. So lets see them!
