Thanks all, but the real thanks goes to all of you! ;D  If it weren't for the "team effort" we have, I would have never broken 100 posts!  Before getting involved with this great hangout, I was NEVER a "forum" guy.  Great to be a small part of the BEST BBQ forum on the web today!
