Clean the Freezer Day - Chuckie & Sirloin Roast

I figured it was time to smoke some meat from the freezer so that I could turnaround and buy some more meat for the freezer.  LOL!  A chuckie and a sirloin roast are on tap.  With it just starting to feel like Fall in the mornings, I'm going to try and push Fall along and make a beef pot pie with the chuck roast.  The roasts are rubbed and will go on a little later today when the football games come on.

Bob, tender enough for what I used it for but probably not tender enough if I was using it for stew.
