Merry Christmas everyone! In my continued search for Asian notes to smoked meat, I took a shot at Kal's Chinese Sticky Ribs. Followed the recipe but didn't mop with the sauce partway through like Kal did. Sorry but I closely adhere to the Lazy Q concept! 8) The ribs turned out tasty and juicy but the Asian flavors were kind of lost in the smoke, if you get my meaning. All in all a good smoke but I haven't had a bad on yet. Pictures show the results.
