E es1025 New member Feb 5, 2017 #1 First crack at chicken wings today. Marinating in a Franks Wing sauce with some Memphis dust for 4 hours. Plan on smoking at 255 for 1.5 hours or so to 165-170. Plan on putting on the grill for 10 minutes or so to crisp them up.

E es1025 New member Feb 5, 2017 #3 Wings were good a bit over cooked, I let them go for 1:45. Next time 1:30 and add in some cayenne pepper. Not enough heat. Still darn good.
