Here is a pic of the wings I made last week. Just used a homemade rub a friend gave me and smoked them with 2 ounces of cherry @ 250 for 2 1/2 hours. Came out perfect.
Those wings look tasty. I have some in the freezer which I plan on smoking, then finishing on the grill to crisp the skin. Was the skin soft or crispy on your wings?
