Chicken quarters!

I must say.....even to smoke a little chicken the smokin-it 3D is awesome!!!! Brined for 2 hours, a little olive oil and rub with 2 hours in the smoker, rest time for a while and then a refire on the grill with some sauce. Loving it!!!!

Along with the chicken I bought, I grabbed a few smaller pork butts for Thursday!! Can't wait!

I love smoking chicken quarters. They are so awesome to eat cold if you ever have any leftovers. Or even make a kick-butt chicken salad.
