My wife has decided to go on a diet and for some reason she thinks I need to be on one too. :
Anyway, had the day off for the MLK Holiday, so smoked chickens and boiled turnips were on the menu. I brined the chicken for 7 hours and rubbed them with my modified version of Memphis Dust. Put them in the SI#2 at 250 degrees with 3 ounces of pecan. Turned out great!
