I would like to take a minute and thank all the kind folks that share there recipes and techniques freely. It's a real treasure, and really helps, making rookies like me into backyard chefs.
I don't know if the greats on this site will learn much from me but my family and relatives think I'am putting out some mighty fine food. It's all fun for me, I really enjoy the process.
A good BBQ forum where everyone is helpful and nice and you don't get picked on are few and far between. I can think of two. I am a Global Moderator on one and a very thankful member here on this one 8)
