Best Ribs Yet

Sorry, no pictures, these ribs didn't last long. Fall off bone.

It think the difference was apple juice box NEXT TO AND TOUCHING SMOKER BOX. 

Huge difference.Filled a 5 x 5 pan, all but 1/4 gone.

There you go, John!  Once I figured that out, by results improved, too!  Gotta get that liquid hot, and on a shelf just won't do it.

The liquid really helps. I use water mostly. I haven't noticed any difference using apple juice or water. Maybe a spiced up strong liquid will add to the flavor.

I agree, Arnie.  I've actually not noticed a difference with the liquid in the pan, as far as the flavor of the meat goes.  But, I sure like the smell when using apple cider or beer while it's cooking!
