Hey guys,
Not sure about the rest of you, but I'm a huge hot sauce fan. I'm always looking for a good hot sauce to add to my meals, including smoked meats from time to time. However, I don't like hot sauces that are just "hot for hot's sake" where the whole point is "how quickly can we make you run for the fire hose." Moreover, I find a lot of store-bought hot sauces are so vinegar-heavy that you can't really taste much of anything else.
I'm thrilled to say that I found a local company here in Sacramento that makes, hands-down, the best hot sauces I have ever had. It's called "Addictive Sauces," and that's exactly what they are. Here is the website:

The owner's name is Monte, he's a classically-trained chef who is doing this as a side business, so he knows what he's doing! The sauces run the gamut from very mild to super-hot. But the best thing about them is the flavors that Monte has managed to squeeze into the bottle. Check out his line-up...I think you'll like what he has to offer.
I highly recommend the "Pure Hell" hot sauce. Very hot (Monte ranks it 8.5 out of 10 for hotness), but has an amazing flavor as well. I've also got a bottle of the "Bull Stuff," which is infused with mesquite smoke flavor. Fantastic stuff.
Anyway, I just thought I would let y'all know about it. Seemed like the kind of crowd who might just like a little heat with their meat! (That sounded better in my head.)
